For orders within the contiguous USA choose from:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Day Shipping
  • Priority Shipping: 1 Day Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Expedited and priority shipping is not available to PO Boxes, or addresses in Hawaii or Alaska.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped. We know you're excited to get your order so we do our best to get it to you as soon as possible!

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered, but you never got the package, you will have to pursue a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for customer data entry errors regarding shipping or delivery instructions.

Love S.Å.K, or your money back! We stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your Skog Å Kust purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

If you'd like to return an item, just send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price! (Minus shipping, handling, gift wrap and other such costs.) We only accept returns for items that have not been used, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and packaging intact. 

  • A refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 30 days of receiving your return order.
  • If you are returning a gift, the original purchaser will be credited.
  • Items ordered from cannot be returned to retail stores that sell our products.

  • We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please contact us for details on returning your item and placing a new order.


Additionally, we warrant our products against any defects in materials and workmanship for the intended life of the product under normal use. This warranty does not include damage due to improper use or care, accident, or negligence. This warranty also excludes normal wear and tear and material breakdown due to age, use, or environmental conditions.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.


To return your product, please email us at for complete return form and instructions. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an order over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in order to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
